Artisan Raw GO! Sampler Box

Real raw nutrition without the mess.

We freeze-dry our raw Signature and Hypoallergenic recipes in Kelowna, B.C., so there's no freezer burn and no freezer needed.

Our freeze-dried Signature and Hypoallergenic are made from the same raw ingredients as our frozen Signature and Hypoallergenic, with the water removed. You just crumble a puck and add 1/3 cup of warm water. No freezer space is required.

We also use real superfoods instead of synthetic powders. Signature gets its deep green colour partly from spirulina, which we include at 0.2%. In a dog study, spirulina at that level strengthened the immune response.

The great news is we back all of this with our 100-Day Guarantee.

We completely remove the risk with our 100-Day Guarantee. We want you to feel totally confident in your choice. Whether it is your first or 50th box.

If your dog does not absolutely love their Artisan Raw GO! meals, just reach out to us. We will happily refund your order.

Your dog's health and your peace of mind will always come first.

We process and pack your order within 2 business days. Once your order is picked up by the courier, the average delivery time is 4 days.

Because we ship our freeze-dried food from British Columbia, your exact transit time depends on your location:

• British Columbia and Alberta: 2 days after shipping.
• Ontario: 5 days after shipping.
• Eastern Provinces and Remote Areas: Up to 10 days after shipping.

Please remember that all freeze-dried orders ship via UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator.

You may pay for express shipping if your needs are urgent.

As a general starting point, we always recommend feeding 4 pucks of food per 50 lbs of your dog's body weight.

Every dog has a slightly different metabolism, so you can adjust the daily amount based on their activity level and ideal size.

In the first week or two, loose stools, extra gas, itchy skin or a rougher coat is normal and settles. After that, here is what owners tell us:

“Since switching, they’ve been incredibly healthy and their coats are noticeably shinier.” — Kaila DeBuhr

“Since switching to ArtisanRaw his skin is much improved!” — Kimberley Dare, corgi

“…has tons of energy, and his coat is so soft and shiny.” — Karin McCaffery, English Cocker puppy

No freezer or fridge space is required. Our freeze-drying process makes the food completely shelf-stable. Store it in a cool, dry cupboard or pantry.

Because this is a raw, live food, you must keep the bag tightly sealed. This locks in the freshness and keeps any pantry bugs out.

We have fed these same raw ingredients for over 15 years, and in that time we have had no recalls and no reported case of Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli or Campylobacter illness linked to our food.

Our meals are truly raw: never cooked and never high-pressure processed. Freeze-drying takes the moisture out so the food keeps in your cupboard, but like any raw meat it isn't sterile. Handle it the way you would raw meat in your own kitchen: wash your hands after feeding, wash your dog's bowl after every meal, and keep the bag sealed.

It is incredibly easy. Just crumble the pucks into your dog's bowl. Add 1/3 cup of warm water for every puck. Let it sit for a few minutes to soak up the moisture, and then serve.

We do not recommend mixing raw food and kibble in the same bowl. Raw food and kibble digest at very different speeds. Kibble takes much longer for your dog to process. Mixing them together can actually cause stomach upset. If you still have kibble to use up, we suggest feeding it as a totally separate meal at a different time of day. For the absolute best health results, we always recommend feeding a 100% raw diet.

Yes, absolutely. We back every order with our 100-Day Guarantee.

We want you to feel completely confident in your choice. If your dog does not love their Artisan Raw GO! meals, just contact us. We will happily process a return and refund your money. Your peace of mind is our top priority.

If you need to cancel a brand new order, please email us right away. As long as you reach out before the courier picks up your package, we can stop the shipment and cancel the order immediately.
